Take the tilipia and hand it to your dog. Unfortunately the tilipia Ive been able to find were gutted. Feed completely whole if possible. These are good to feed for protein variety but deep coldwater fish, such as salmon, makerel, or sardines, are a better choice if available as they are high in Omega 3s. Tilipia doesnt provide much in the Omega 3 department
