Here is an example of the type of ribs to avoid. These are pork finger ribs. They are plenty meaty but have been cut into individual ribs. In case anyone is wondering these were for me. For humans these are great on the grill. For dogs one wants to feed large slabs of ribs, not individual ribs. (These might be okay for VERY small dogs)
